Happy birthday Hourglass!
20 years ago Kate’s debut solo album shipped to record stores across the world. So fast in fact, the album sold out in its Β first pressing within three weeks! The album served as Kate’s introduction to songwriting with tracks Old Man Time & A Rose In April.
Hourglass is an album that brought folk to listeners far and wide, and here’s the interview from The Living Tradition Magazine dated May/ June 1997!
